Seabron has also served as an expert witness in a variety of energy sector disputes. He currently teaches a class on renewable energy finance (with Santosh Raikar) at the Carroll School of Management of Boston College. Seabron holds graduate degrees from MIT, Georgia Tech and Boston University.
